Electrostatic
Electrostatic coating is similar to powder coating in a field setting. An electrically charged coating is applied to the metal fencing through an atomized spray. The spray is attracted to the fence due to the high negative charge of the fence. Essentially it’s like two magnets being pulled together.
This system is far superior to the standard “brush and roll” application due to its higher mil thickness and the ability of the electrostatic coating to penetrate the hard to reach corner areas of the metal fences that standard brush and roll can’t reach.
